**v1.0.0**

`release`

Promoted to GA. Version normalized to 1.0.0 in line with the GA versioning policy (GA connectors are versioned 1.0.0 or higher); no functional changes in this version.

**v0.2.1**

29 Oct 2026

`description-fix`

Get Brand By Domain, Get Brand Context and Search Brands now state which credential each sibling action needs, so an agent holding only one of the two credentials no longer reaches for an action it cannot call. Search Brands also states that it returns match fields only, not colors, fonts or firmographics.

**v0.2.0**

29 Oct 2026

`bug-fix` `auth` `guide`

The Client ID connection test now verifies the credential. It previously called Brand Search, which accepts any value, so a mistyped client ID connected successfully and failed later; it now calls the Logo API, which rejects an incorrect client ID outright. Connection guide and credential field wording clarified for both auth methods.

**v0.1.0**

27 Oct 2026

`new-connector`

Initial release. Covers the Brand API across all five identifier routes (auto-detect, domain, stock ticker, ISIN and crypto symbol), the 100-identifier batch lookup, the Brand Context API, the Transaction API for resolving payment descriptors to merchants, the Viewer API for checking credential validity and credit usage, and the Brand Search API. Brandfetch issues two separate credentials, so the connector ships two auth methods: an API Key for the Brand, Brand Context, Transaction and Viewer APIs, and a Client ID for Brand Search. Each action is gated to the credential that can call it.
