Connect Dialpad with API Key – StackOne Hub

Link a Dialpad account in the StackOne Hub using API Key. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Dialpad actions.

Generate an API Key

Generate an API key from your Dialpad Admin Settings.

1. Open Admin Settings

   Sign in to dialpad.com as a Company Admin.

   • Click on your profile icon.
   • Go to Admin Settings > My Company > Authentication.
2. Create API Key

   Click the API Keys tab.

   • Click Add Key.
   • Enter a name and click Save.
   • Copy the API key value and store it securely.

Linking the Account from the Hub

1. Navigate to the Hub

   Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

2. Fill out the fields

   Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

   • API Key
3. Connect

   • Click Connect
   • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
   • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
