Connect Hailey HR with Access Token – StackOne Hub

Link a Hailey HR account in the StackOne Hub using Access Token. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Hailey HR actions.

Generate an Access Token

Create a personal access token in your Hailey account to authenticate API requests.

1. Open Access tokens

   Log in to your Hailey dashboard, click your avatar/profile in the corner, then click Access tokens.

2. Create the token

   In the New access token section, enter a name for the token and click Generate.

   • You need permission to create personal access tokens.
3. Copy the token

   Copy the generated token and store it securely — it is only shown once.

Linking the Account from the Hub

1. Navigate to the Hub

   Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

2. Fill out the fields

   Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

   • Access Token
3. Connect

   • Click Connect
   • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
   • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
