Connect Moss with OAuth 2.0 (Client Credentials) – StackOne Hub

Link a Moss account in the StackOne Hub using OAuth 2.0 (Client Credentials). End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Moss actions.

Only admins can create API keys. The secret key is shown only once during creation.

Create API Keys

Create API keys from your Moss account settings.

1. Log in to Moss

   Log in to your Moss account as an admin.

2. Navigate to API Keys

   Navigate to the API Keys section.

   • Go to Settings > Company Settings > API Keys.
3. Generate API Key

   Generate a new API key.

   • Click Generate API Key.
   • Confirm the operation with the Moss mobile app.
4. Save credentials

   Save both the Key ID (starts with kid_) and Secret Key (starts with sk_) securely.

   • Store credentials securely and never expose them in client-side code.
   • The Secret Key will not be shown again.

Linking the Account from the Hub

1. Navigate to the Hub

   Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

2. Fill out the fields

   Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

   • Key ID
   • Secret Key
3. Connect

   • Click Connect
   • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
   • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
