Fixed list\_artifacts advertising the unsupported "+versionIndex" sort column (backend returns HTTP 400 — only created\_at is orderable). Removed the misleading `description` input from create\_run and update\_run — W\&B's `upsertBucket` accepts `description` in its input schema, but the server silently normalizes it; reads (via get\_run or the UI) always return the composite `displayName + '\n' + notes`, so any caller-supplied `description` value is discarded. Callers should now use `notes` for descriptive text; both action `details` and the `notes` input description now spell out the actual W\&B semantics.
