# Connect Basecamp with OAuth 2.0 – StackOne Hub

> Link a Basecamp account in the StackOne Hub using OAuth 2.0. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Basecamp actions.

  <h2>Sign In to Basecamp</h2>

  <p>Sign in to your Basecamp account to locate your Account ID, which is required to complete the integration setup.</p>

  <h2>Find Your Account ID</h2>

  <p>Your Account ID uniquely identifies your Basecamp organisation and is required for API requests.</p>

        <p>Your Account ID is visible in the browser address bar once you are signed in to Basecamp.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>Look at the URL in your browser's address bar</li>
          <li>The Account ID is the number immediately after the domain</li>
          <li>Format: [https://app.basecamp.com/\&#123;ACCOUNT\_ID\&#125;/](https://app.basecamp.com/\&#123;ACCOUNT_ID\&#125;/)...</li>
          <li>Example: In [https://app.basecamp.com/1234567/projects](https://app.basecamp.com/1234567/projects), the Account ID is 1234567</li>

  <h2>Linking the Account from the Hub</h2>

    <Step title="Navigate to the Hub">
      Use one of the three <a href="/connect/managing-connectors/linking-accounts">Linking Account Methods</a> to access the Hub.

    <Step title="Fill out the fields">
      Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

      <ul>
        <li><strong>Account ID</strong> (Optional)</li>
      </ul>

        <li>Click <strong>Connect</strong></li>
        <li>If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider's authorization flow.</li>
        <li>Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup</li>
      </ul>

  <p>If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your <a href="/gateway/concepts/linked-accounts">Accounts</a> page.</p>
