Linked Accounts

An end-user’s authenticated connection to a provider.

A Linked Account is one end-user’s authenticated connection to one provider — their Salesforce, Slack, or whichever system they use. StackOne creates it when they connect and stores the credentials.

Account status

An account’s status tells you whether it can currently serve calls.

Status	Meaning
Active	Credentials are valid and the account is serving calls.
Suspended	Manually paused, so no actions can be called against it. Credentials stay saved, so the account can be resumed later without re-authenticating.
Error	Calls are failing, usually expired credentials or revoked provider access. Re-authenticate the account to recover it.

Subscribe to the account.updated and account.deleted webhook events to react to status changes instead of polling.
