Generate an access token
Officient lets an administrator generate an access token for the account directly from the developer portal.

Sign in to Officient
Sign in to your Officient account as an administrator.

Open the Developers portal
Click the top right-hand menu (your avatar), then click Developers, or go directly to the developer portal.

Create a client app (if none exists)
If you do not already have one, create a new client app in the developer portal.

Generate an access token
Use the interface to generate an access token, then copy it into the Access Token field in StackOne.
- The token is used as a Bearer token on every request.
- Store it securely — treat it like a password.
Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields
Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
- Access Token

Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
