data-syncAdded scheduled data sync to the workers and digital learning providers list actions, so these collections can be kept in sync and read back without calling Oracle Fusion on every request. Both sync in a stable primary-key order for reliable pagination and refresh in full (Oracle exposes no dedicated updated-since filter).

new-connectorInitial release of the Oracle Fusion learning connector for Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC): manage digital learning content providers and metadata, learning events, and learner learning records, plus push learner activity (start/completion) via xAPI statements. Includes a read-only Workers module (list/get) to source the worker Person ID used as the learning assignee (assignedToId).
