data-syncAdded scheduled data sync to five reference collections — the study data model and search areas, the enumeration catalogue, and the field value and field size statistics — so these can be kept in sync and searched without calling ClinicalTrials.gov on every request. Each is returned in full by a single request and syncs by full refresh, because ClinicalTrials.gov offers no last-updated filter.

bug-fixClarified list_studies descriptions from MCP behavioural testing — query_cond/query_intr search expansion, valid fields (400 on unknown), agg_filters facet catalog (studyType/ages/phase), subset-count via count_total, and response-size guidance; noted list_field_sizes_stats unsupported fields.
