new-featureAdded scheduled data sync to nineteen collection actions — tickets, changes, problems, releases, agents, requesters, groups, departments, locations, assets, vendors, contracts and contract types, solution categories and folders, and the unified users, groups, organizations and roles — so these collections can be kept in sync and searched without calling Freshservice on every request. Most page through results automatically; the unified organizations and roles are returned in full by a single request. Tickets and changes sync incrementally using Freshservice’s updated-since filter; the rest sync by full refresh, because their endpoints offer no last-updated filter.
