bug-fix new-actionsFixed certificate and SCORM downloads to return valid files instead of corrupted data, and enabled setting link and module content on learning objects plus richer SCIM group and user updates. Also corrected required fields and include filters on the portal, learning object, enrollment, and user actions.

new-feature data-sync guide authAdded DataSync support to five list actions (users, enrollments, learning objects, groups, and restrictions) — enrollments syncs incrementally, the rest by full refresh. Also refreshed the OAuth 2.0 setup guide with myGo1 retirement and portal navigation notes and removed the unused Company Domain field.
