bug-fix guide-changes

Fixed account linking accepting invalid API token credentials, rebuilt both connection guides with portal screenshots and current Atlassian Developer Console steps (including the required Access type field and the read:jira-user and read:jira-work scopes), and renamed the API Key auth method to API Token.
