data-syncAdded scheduled data sync to seventeen list actions — workers, employees, organizations, jobs, absences, benefit enrollments, digital learning providers, document records, goal plans, performance goals, recruiting candidates, job offers, job requisitions, salaries, talent person profiles, time records, and worker journey tasks — so these collections can be kept in sync and read back without calling Oracle HCM on every request. Each syncs in a stable primary-key order for reliable pagination and refreshes in full (Oracle exposes no dedicated updated-since filter).

Learning-only integrations are now served by the separate Oracle Fusion connector.
