new-feature bug-fix description-fixAdded 30 actions - 28 employee-lifecycle actions across Benefits (elections, benefit change events, dependents), Payroll (payslips, payroll results, state/local and federal W-4 tax elections, EFW2 year-end filing data), Time Off (cancel, deny, rescind, and correct requests), Time Tracking (time clock events, reported time blocks), HR (legal/preferred name changes, personal information, flexible work arrangements), Talent (give and list feedback), Compensation (request compensation change), Staffing (organization assignment changes, terminations) and worker business-process event history, plus submit_home_contact_change and submit_work_contact_change, without which contact-information changes were staged but never applied. Also migrated Absence Management to v5 and Staffing to v8, and corrected the guidance agents rely on across time off, recruiting, learning, skills, WQL and the Person API - including that get_worker (person.id) is the only route into the get_people actions, that time off and payment messages return oldest-first, and that job postings carry no requisition link.
